RETURN & EXCHANGES

Each of our dresses are carefully designed and produced. However, in rare cases during the transportation the dresses may be exposed to damage. If this is the case, we accept returns only if you contact us within 24 hours from the moment you have received the package, and provides evidence of the damage. The full-amount of the dress will be refunded in the form of a voucher. The voucher can be used up to a year to purchase any dress from our online shop.

After we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation (if your request has been approved or not) and we will inform you about the refunding process.

*The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new) -you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return.

*We only accept products in their original condition and we cannot process any products that are returned without the original invoice contained in the package and without our approval.

*You will have to arrange the return shipment pick up with one of the express worldwide posts. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance.

*If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this section, we shall refund the amount paid for the returned products.

*Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased item(s)/products shall not be refunded. You will be notified via email if the returned products cannot be accepted.

*The voucher will be sent to your email within thirty (30) days, from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise your return right and after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products have been accepted.

*Only when we receive the returned item(s) and upon its inspection, will we send the voucher, provided that the items have not been worn or damaged in any way.
